The Helmi Multipersenning pays off quickly thanks to its versatile application possibilities.
It combines wind and rain cover and is suitable for almost all open Canadians.
The entire tarpaulin consists of three parts, all of which can be mounted individually or in any combination on the boat.
They assemble the front and rear parts as a wind cover.
They assemble front and middle part as shaft cover.
They assemble all parts as rain protection or heat storage.
Tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, lightweight corduroy fabric with 4 meter water column PU / AC coating. Sewn and welded. Handle and bilge bags in the bow and stern.
Mounting loops for map pockets and street bags (Thwartbags). Built-in fireplaces with ergonomic contour cut and externally adjustable elastic band.
Velcro fastening with Velcro fasteners. Delivery with transport bag.
For example, the tarpaulin weight is 1.650g for a 550cm long boat.
Available colors are: fir green, blue, red and black.
We manufacture directly on your boat. The boat needs for the mounting rails of the cover two cross struts (Duchten).
Only if you can not bring the boat to us, we also manufacture according to template.
Keep in mind that the cover can only be as accurate as you made the template!
Therefore always use smooth and non-stretchy paper (never foil or wallpaper). Newsprint is quite suitable.
Place paper on the edge of the sill and fold around a sharp edge of the outer Süllrand dimensions.
Paint the Süllrandprofil 1: 1. If it is different over the length (for example, in the bow and stern area), we need all the profiles and the position determination,
where the individual profiles apply. We also need the cross-sectional profiles of the lights and the position of the lights, seats and handles.
Especially with the Stevenabdeckungen photos are helpful.
Unfortunately, every handcrafted canoe (and that are thanks to manual Süllrandmontage all boats) is different.
But the sill edge profiles and end covers remain the same for some boats.
Almost all We.no.nah touring canoes have these as standard.
Other makes may need to be retrofitted. Ask us about the ideal position of the Duchten.
The cover is mounted with (self-adhesive, 30mm wide) Velcro on the hull directly under the Süllrand.
The joints of the items have mounting tabs for the Duchten. These straps take on the biggest loads on the tarpaulin.
Therefore, we advise against a custom-made Multpersenning in one piece.
The mounting tabs have webbing straps so you can continue to use the dows as a suspension point for bags etc.
Before the first trip, check whether your recovery exercises also work with a cover.
We recommend not to close the bilge bags on the water. So they are always ready to action.
